Everything is energy: thoughts, matter, time, space, you, me - everything has an energetic frequency, and at the core, there is no separation of any kind. "Reality" is both a shared experience and an experience unique to every single individualized expression of source energy - or all that is. I AM the author and creator of that experience. The degree to which our creations overlap and inter lock are directly proportional to our shared beliefs, thoughts, ideals, and patterns, all of which carry a frequency or an energetic "story." By changing our "story," we change our reality, and thus, we change the world.

In all seriousness, if you read that first paragraph and thought, "What the crap?" You're not alone. I wrote that paragraph several years ago while sending an email to a friend. I sort of "zoned out" for a few seconds, and out it came.
"What the f#$% did I just write? ...More importantly, where did that just come from?"
At the time, I had a basic understanding of energy and the world as a whole, but I didn't really consider myself hard-core into metaphysics by any means. I grew up in an Orthodox Christian house hold, so I was still functioning with a good/bad, Judeo/Christian belief system firmly in place. However, as I began asking more and more questions of life (and indeed what I defined as God at the time), I began experiencing some really interesting and perplexing events.
I talk in the book a little bit about my experiences with tracking down missing families and projecting out into the field, but at the time, I had no idea what was happening or really what I was doing (let alone how I was doing it). While it was fun to shock people by telling them over dinner which numbers I was going to play and win with later that night at the roulette table, I kinda felt like a freak.
I read everything I could get my hands on by anyone who had found themselves in similar positions. I found pieces of what I was looking for in different places: religion, science, biographies, etc., but the answers I was truly looking for weren't "out there." They were "in here." I finally stopped asking everybody else, and one day, just said, "Okay, God. Let's do this."
This book is not only a documentation of that process, but an incredible guide to tapping into more than you ever imagined: all that you are.
